We collect the following information when you use MHS Numeric:

• Account information — your name and email address when you register
• Program data — the G-code programs you create and save within MHS Numeric
• Usage data — how you interact with the IDE, simulator, and Copilot features
• Payment information — processed and stored securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve MHS Numeric
• Manage your account and subscription
• Process payments through Razorpay
• Send transactional emails such as payment confirmations and invoices
• Monitor usage to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
• Respond to your support requests and messages

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Firebase — Google's cloud infrastructure — with servers located in the asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. AI Copilot Data

When you use the MHS Numeric AI Copilot, your queries and the current program content are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate responses. We do not store your Copilot conversation history permanently. Conversations are cleared when you close the browser tab. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for information on how Gemini API handles data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate MHS Numeric:

• Firebase (Google) — data storage, authentication, and cloud functions
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Google Gemini API — AI Copilot responses

7. Cookies

MHS Numeric uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your programs at any time from Settings

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Program data is deleted immediately upon your request.

10. Children's Privacy

MHS Numeric is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@mechetsolutions.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MHS Numeric after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
