MHS Numeric is a browser-based CNC programming environment that provides a G-code IDE, toolpath simulator, and AI Copilot. MHS Numeric is provided on a free Standard plan and a paid Professional plan. Features and limits vary by plan as described on the Pricing page.
You must create an account to use MHS Numeric. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
MecHet Solutions reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.
You agree to use MHS Numeric only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all G-code programs and content you create using MHS Numeric. By storing programs on MHS Numeric, you grant MecHet Solutions a limited license to store and serve that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and safety of G-code programs you create. Always verify programs on a dry run before cutting material. MecHet Solutions accepts no liability for damage resulting from programs generated by or with MHS Numeric.
The MHS Numeric AI Copilot is powered by Google's Gemini API and is provided as a programming assistance tool. Copilot responses are suggestions only and may contain errors. You must review and verify all AI-generated G-code before use on any machine. MecHet Solutions accepts no liability for machine damage, material waste, or injury resulting from the use of AI-generated code.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing to the Professional plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
The 7-day free trial for Professional is available to new subscribers only. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
The Standard plan includes monthly limits on Copilot queries and simulation runs as described on the Pricing page. These limits reset on the 1st of each month. Exceeding limits pauses the relevant feature until the next reset. Limits are per account and may not be transferred.
MHS Numeric is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. MecHet Solutions is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
MHS Numeric, its design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by MecHet Solutions. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The MHS Numeric name and logo may not be used without written permission from MecHet Solutions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MecHet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MHS Numeric, including but not limited to machine damage, material loss, production downtime, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of MHS Numeric after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
